What could be more natural and organic than a porcini mushroom freshly picked from the forest?
We are fortunate in the area of Etna and the Nebrodi park to have a vast natural area that gives us the tasty porcini mushrooms with their unique and inimitable aroma.
Fresh porcini contain about 80% water, although this value depends on the atmospheric conditions at the time of development and processing; they have a low content of available fats and carbohydrates, while boasting a higher amount of protein of medium biological value.
How to cook them? Simple once harvested cut them into strips, fry a garlic with olive oil, add the cut mushrooms and fry for 10/15 minutes. Boil the pasta and, leaving it al dente, toss it with the mushrooms.
