It's not Easter without the egg that has always symbolised Easter par excellence, the egg symbolises rebirth. The pistachio version of the Easter egg has become a real trend in recent years, thanks to its uniqueness and originality, a perfect dessert for those seeking sophisticated flavours.

We make it in 300g format decorated with pistachio granules, the pistachio and the granules give the egg an irresistible flavour, perfect to surprise your guests during the Easter holidays or as a gift for friends and relatives during the festive season, you are sure to make everyone big and small happy.

To prepare a pistachio Easter egg, you need a high quality base to mix with the equally high quality pure pistachio paste we use.
Once the chocolate has been melted, it should be poured into the Easter egg moulds. When the mould cools, a layer of pistachio cream can be added to the centre of the egg to seal the two halves together. Finally, we put out the pistachio chocolate to make the crumbs stick together and make everything sprinkle and crackle.

Even with the recipe making the Easter egg at home is certainly complicated to do because it requires all these steps that need the right machinery.
For example, the right equipment to melt the base and the pure pistachio paste at the right temperature so as not to alter the pistachio's flavours and properties, the right moulds that allow the two halves to be joined and stick together while allowing them to dry, the right consistency of the mixture to have a perfect egg under the teeth, and of course there can be no lack of top-quality raw materials.
