Roby Keep the egg in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light. No refrigeration is needed, but avoid temperature fluctuations.
Each egg is made in limited quantities, based on the orders we receive, by our master pastry chefs, who manually take care of each stage of processing

We use our own recipe for pistachio chocolate, very fine, processed to ensure a velvety texture and an intense, balanced flavour
Hi Sara, thanks for the question! Our pistachio egg is not stuffed inside because, in our view, adding a filling would make it too heavy and could cover up the flavour of the egg itself. However, for those who prefer it, it is possible to add one of our creams to the cart and stuff it at the time of consumption.
