What is the difference between this Bronte store panettone and the ones I find in the supermarket?

How long does panettone keep once opened?
An artisanal pistachio panettone, once opened, should be consumed within 3-4 days to enjoy it at its best. If stored in the fridge even longer, it is important that in both cases it is well sealed, to maintain its freshness for longer. And if cold, perhaps before serving, just warm the slice for a few seconds in the microwave: in this way the butter and pistachio cream release all their aroma and the cake becomes as soft as freshly baked.
I confirm, I tried it last year and it was very soft, I put it in the fridge once opened.
Now I was looking at this year's proposal and I think I will buy it again.
