Colomba Artigianale Gluten Free + Sicilian Pistachio Cream at 60% (Gluten and Lactose Free)

The Kit Pasquale Bronte Store combines the tradition of artisanal leavening with the purity of Sicilian raw materials, guaranteeing the total absence of gluten and lactose.
The product consists of two separate elements in order to preserve the freshness and organoleptic properties of the product as much as possible.

What it contains:

1x Colomba Artigianale (Gluten Free) da 600g: Soft dough with controlled leavening, formulated with high quality deglutinised flours to guarantee the typical Sicilian alveolation, without the risk of contamination.
1x Jar of Sicilian Pistachio Cream 60% (Gluten- and Lactose-Free) Highly concentrated spreadable cream. Made with pure Sicilian pistachio 60%. Formulation 100% Dairy-Free (no use of powdered milk or butter) and Gluten-Free.

Optimal Consumption Mode: The cream is supplied separately and not filled. This ensures better product preservation. We recommend warming the dove slice slightly and spreading the cream on it at the time of tasting.

Does lactose-free cream taste different from traditional cream? Nicola asked on March 10, 2026

Clearly it cannot be the same because it is made with different ingredients, but we have over the years perfected the recipe to a structure and alveolation that gives softness and taste.
