Rainy August in Bronte

Never seen such a warm winter! Joking aside, we haven't had such a rainy and 'cool' summer in a long time. After last year's heat record, this year brings a somewhat unprecedented summer for the Bronte area, from the rains of August to the strong winds of a few weeks ago.

For the land, it cannot be said to have been a negative element, but for some tourists who may have wanted to come and visit our town during the week of August, yes.

As many of you know, the Bronte pistachio is harvested at intervals, i.e. one year the harvest takes place and the next year the pistachio plant is let's say 'rested', this year fortunately was not the year of the harvest because it would not have allowed the farmers to work.
