As our dough is not an industrial product but a handmade product, it requires a production process of almost 48 hours (kneading, double rising, baking and packaging). Since we do not use preservatives, it has a shelf life of 40 days, so we do not stock and produce as we receive bookings, in order to have an authentic and fresh product.

The artisan dove takes much longer. Slowly prepared with natural leavening, quality ingredients and no preservatives. Every dove is unique, just like the person who chooses it
In a cool, dry place, away from heat sources. After opening, seal the package to maintain the fragrance and if you want to keep it in the fridge, it is important that before consuming it you heat it up a few seconds in the microwave to release all the fragrance and softness as if just taken out of the oven.
