Our Pistachio Panettone is born slowly, like the old-fashioned gestures of our grandparents. And as tradition dictates: a slow leavening that gives fragrance and softness, plus a heart of artisanal pistachio cream that explodes at the first cut. Panettone Bronte store is the party that enters the home with the warmth of a sweet and fragrant embrace.

Hi Bronte store, When should I order it to receive it fresh for Christmas?
Hi Riccardo, this panettone, like any true artisan panettone, we recommend booking it.
Production is limited and made to order to guarantee an authentic and fresh product. This is our strength, times that respect the right working and leavening processes. We usually advise you to reserve it between October and November, then we ship it out in good time to get it to you before Christmas. Until December we are in production anyway!

How is the panettone filled and what amount of cream is inside?
Hi Roberta, this panettone specifically arrives already filled with a generous amount of our artisanal pistachio cream (exactly 200g), evenly distributed to make each slice soft and delicious. The quantity is generous (for many more than fair), so you can enjoy the panettone immediately without having to add cream.

Dear Bronte store,
may I know the delivery time for the Bronte store panettone?
Thank you
For shipments outside Sicily 3/4 days in Sicily same 1 day.
However, there is the processing time to consider: our panettone cake takes almost 48 hours to produce (dough, double leavening, baking, filling and packaging) from the moment we receive the reservation.
Process:
Production on order - we do not keep stock to guarantee freshness
Variable delivery times depending on period (longer during holidays)
Advantage: you always receive a freshly prepared panettone!
If booked at least 10 days before Christmas we guarantee delivery.

How long does panettone last? How to store it properly? Because every time I don't know what to do once it has been opened!
Hi Bruno, if stored correctly and unopened it lasts 45 days from the date of production.
After opening, however, it is advisable to consume it within a few days in order to retain the taste.
On how to store pistachio panettone instead:
Before opening: cool and dry (15-20°C), away from heat, direct light and strong odours
After opening: wrap in cling film
Avoid damp places.
Our panettone does not contain any preservatives, so freshness is guaranteed by production to order.
And if you put it in the microwave for a few seconds before consuming it (just a few seconds) it will release all its aroma as if freshly baked.

I received three panettone cakes in mid-December. Two of the three were tasted at Christmas (one was a gift). Both had a good pistachio filling, but unfortunately they were very dry, they looked like they were not fresh. This is a pity, because last year I had liked them much better and they were definitely fresher.
Never arrived
Excellent fresh and well-packed panettone. I will reorder
Thank you, customers know, we prepare them with love under order. And even if it takes longer, fresh panettone cakes arrive in return!
Very good panettone, with lots of pistachio filling, and covered with lots of chocolate.
Excellent panettone
