Our dough, being an artisanal product, requires a production process of almost 48 hours (kneading, double rising, baking and packaging). Since we do not use preservatives, it has a shelf life of 40 days, so we do not stock and produce as we receive bookings, in order to have an authentic and fresh product.

It comes in a separate jar for those who want to customise the slice of panettone with the amount of cream they prefer. The product also has a longer shelf life.

A very soft dough like pan brioche and a pistachio cream without sugar abuse. Very tasty. Only downside: very thick cream that did not come down from the squeezer. The packaging is suitable for a gift, even an important one. It certainly does not disfigure.
