The tradition of artisanal 'Christmas bread' with a slow natural leavening process meets the unique flavour of pistachio grains. It is all this that gives our panettone its unique taste!

With convenient 200g squeezer jar of pistachio cream to ensure better product storage and for you to choose how much cream to put in. Covered with fine white chocolate and crunchy pistachio granules.

We carefully select the products in our store to ensure the highest quality.
As our panettone is not an industrial product but a handcrafted one, it requires a production process of almost 48 hours (kneading, double leavening, baking, packaging). Since we do not use preservatives, our panettone without filling has a shelf life of 3 months, so we do not stock it and produce as we receive bookings, in order to have an authentic and fresh product.

INGREDIENTS: Colomba: Flour from wheat soft type '0', butter, egg yolkegg, flour of wheat soft type '00', sugar natural yeast (of wheat soft type '0' powder), emulsifiers: E471 (mono-and fatty acid glycerides), milk skimmed powder, salt, dextrose, yolk ofegg powder, flavourings.

Coating 17%: sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), milk skimmed powder (8%), pistachio non-EU 3%, lactose, emulsifier E322: sunflower lecithin, flavouring (vanillin).

Pistachio cream: Pistachio non-EU 45%, sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, soya, rapeseed, coconut, cocoa butter), milk skimmed milk powder, whey milk powder, emulsifier (E322: sunflower lecithin), flavouring (vanillin).

May contain traces of other nuts (almond and hazelnut), cereals. Allergens: The highlighted ingredients may cause reactions in allergic or intolerant persons.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct light and products with a strong odour. After opening consume within 4 days.
